Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow is seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to handle data entry, master data maintenance, and HR processes. You will work across local HR teams, ensuring data integrity and timely processing of transactions, with a strong focus on accuracy and service quality.

The role requires 1 year in HR, good English (B2+), and experience with SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1 year experience in an HR field.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage employee master data in HRIS and support HR transactions.
• Validate data for completeness and accuracy as gatekeeper for HR MD.
• Maintain and organize employee files and archives (digital).
• Deliver high quality customer service within SLA and KPIs.
