Job summary

Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) Krakow is seeking a Global HR Master Data Analyst to manage HR master data and automated processes in SAP SuccessFactors. You will ensure data quality, support HR operations, and deliver high-quality service to managers and employees.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic transformation environment. Hybrid work arrangement with 50% home/office is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to tasks.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Very good English skills (minimum B2).
• Experience in HR data or HR master data processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and MS Excel is desirable.

Global HR Master Data Analyst

Area of Responsibility

As Global HR Master Data Analyst, you will be part of Danish Crown People & Culture, managing key automation processes that support the daily operations in regional countries. With an increasing focus on enabling efficiencies via further digitalization and automation, the main responsibility is to support operational procedures within automated flows.

The primary responsibility of the team of 9, is to manage global HR master data and recruiting processes in SAP SuccessFactors. In doing so, it is key to gatekeep the data quality and ensure data validation through data completeness and accuracy, while at the same time deliver high quality service to the business in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreement.

More specifically, you will:

• Create, maintain and update employee master data in SAP SuccessFactors, by supporting transactions for Hirings, Job Changes, Terminations, Personal Data changes and other HR processes, as required.
• Generate digital legal documents such as contracts and addendums.
• Be the gatekeeper of data and document quality by ensuring data completeness and accuracy
• Provide high quality and timely support and service to the business; local HR, Managers and employees

You will have direct contact with local HR and managers across the global Danish Crown Group, so you need to have flair for good service while also demonstrating great attention to details.

You have a proven record of experience and knowledge of HR master data processes with a flair for data and logic.

You have:

• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Structured approach and logical way of thinking
• Very good English skills (min B2).
• 1 year experience in an HR field.
• Preferably experience from similar role working with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
