Qualifications

• Enterprise customer support experience in production environments.
• Hands-on LAN/WAN, DNS, TLS, virtualization experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI model.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Analytical problem-solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support to resolve F5 product issues.
• Maintain clear customer communications including status and action plans.
• Deliver high-quality support experiences for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with tier-three engineering services to overcome challenges.
• Build strong relationships with engineers and other departments.
• Write and update solution articles for internal and external use.
• Manage multiple cases and prioritize based on customer needs.
• Follow Quality Management System processes.
• Pursue ongoing training on products and related technologies.
