Job description

Because this character needs to support the Ukrainian market and must be able to speak Ukrainian/Russian.

Responsibilities

1. Provide back‑line technical assistance and support to System Integration, Distributor, and T2 channel partner.
2. Establish the services process system (Services Support, RMA process, etc.) with the covering countries and be responsible for the quality of services delivered in those countries.
3. Develop channel partner / system integration / distributor support skills by managing and conducting post‑sales technical training (Certified Training) and workshops regularly.
4. Collaborate closely with 2nd Level (TAC) support team to address partner(s) and end‑customer support requests.
5. Collaborate with R&D team to conduct new product feature and POC tests, and help release them to the global market.

Requirements

1. Have 3 years of technical experience in sales support and maintenance of enterprise network products from mainstream vendors such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei Enterprise, and Juniper Networks, and have worked in system integration or value‑add distributor environments.
2. Show strong sense of responsibility and ability to integrate resources.
3. Be fluent in Polish and Ukrainian/Russian.
4. Have mandatory technical skills in Switching, Routing, Wireless LAN, and Network Orchestration/Integration; additional experience in campus networks is an advantage.
5. Hold a certification such as CCNP/CCIE (Cisco), ASE/Master ASE (HP Enterprise), Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), HCNP/HCIE (Huawei Enterprise), or JNCIP/JNCIE (Juniper Networks).
6. Possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels.
