Job summary

Ruijie Reyee is seeking a skilled Sales Support Engineer to provide backbone technical assistance to system integrators and distributors. You will establish standardized service processes across multiple countries and drive the quality of services delivered.

You will run post-sales trainings and workshops to raise partner proficiency in networking solutions. You will work closely with the TAC team and R&D to align product features and run POC tests for global expansions, ensuring smooth

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical experience on sales support for enterprise network products
• Experience with system integration or value-add distributors
• Strong responsibility and resource integration ability
• Fluent Polish and English
• Networking skills in Switching, Routing, WLAN, and Network Orchestration/Integration
• Certifications: CCNP/CCIE or equivalent, Aruba/Huawei/HP/JNCIP/JNCIE are plus

Job description

Responsibility

• 1. Provide back line technical assistant and support to System Integration, Distributor and T2 channel partner；
• 2. Establish the services process system (Services Support, RMA process, etc.) with the covering countries and be responsible for the quality of services deliver in those countries;
• 3. Develop channel partner/system integration/distributor support skill by managing and conducting Post Sales technical training (Certified Training)/workshop regularly；
• 4. Close collaborate with 2nd Level (TAC) support team to address partner(s) and end customer support requests;
• 5. Collaborate with R&D team to conduct new product feature and POC tests, help to release to the global market.

Requirement：

• 1. To have 3 Years technical experience on sales support, maintain of enterprise network products (any of) main stream vendors: Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei Enterprise, Juniper Networks and working in system integration or value-add distributor
• 2. Strong responsibility and ability to integrated resource
• 3. Able to speak Polish and English fluently
• 4. Technical skills in Switching, Routing, Wireless LAN, and Network Orchestration/Integration is mandatory, additional experience in campus networks are added advantages
• 5. Certified professional with (any of): CCNP/CCIE [Cisco Systems], ASE/Master ASE [HP Enterprise], Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), HCNP/HCIE [Huawei Enterprise], JNCIP/JNCIE [Juniper Networks]
• 6. Have good interpersonal skill and able to communicate in all level.
