• 3+ years of HR/recruitment experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven track record in recruiting for commercial/sales or technical roles.

• Fluent in English; Polish or other European languages are a plus.

SANY, a global leader in the construction machinery industry, is expanding our European team! We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Specialist, based in Poland, to take the lead in recruiting top talent for our sales and service teams across Europe.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales and service roles across multiple European countries
• Partner closely with regional business units to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent solutions
• Source and attract top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and other creative sourcing methods
• Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
• Support employer branding initiatives across the region
• 3+ years of HR/recruitment experience, preferably in a multinational environment
• Proven track record in recruiting for commercial/sales or technical roles
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in English (Polish and/or other European languages is a plus)
• Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented
• Experience with international or pan-European recruitment is highly desirable
