Job description

We are looking for someone to join our HR team who is comfortable in the world of recruitment, can talk to people, and can navigate a dynamic organizational environment.

If you know that good recruitment starts much earlier than sending the first message to a candidate - we want to meet you.

In this position you will be responsible for:

• conducting end-to-end recruitment processes - from defining the candidate profile to employment,
• preparing and publishing job advertisements and selecting appropriate channels to reach candidates,
• active search for candidates and building a talent database,
• conducting recruitment interviews and recommending the best people,
• cooperation with managers and people responsible for specific business areas,

We are looking for a person who:

• has experience in independently conducting recruitment processes,
• can also effectively reach candidates using the direct search method,
• conducts recruitment interviews with ease and is able to accurately assess the candidate's competences and suitability,
• is independent, well-organized and able to run several processes simultaneously,
• can build good relationships with both candidates and managers,
• communicates effectively and is able to convey information clearly,
• knows the recruitment tools and social media used to acquire candidates,
