Job summary

SANY Group is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment across European markets. Based in Poland, you will source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers.

You will actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and CV databases, publish market-tailored job postings, and collaborate with the HR team at headquarters to build a strong employer brand across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience independently running end-to-end recruitment processes – mandatory.
• Very good command of English for daily international communication.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Kopana office near Tarczyn.
• Knowledge of additional languages (Polish, Chinese, Ukrainian) is a plus.

Recruitment Specialist – European Recruitment Processes

SANY Group is one of the world's top 10 construction machinery manufacturers. As SANY Poland continues to grow, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and take ownership of recruitment processes across European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the full recruitment cycle for positions across various European countries (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination with hiring managers)


• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, and other sourcing tools


• Prepare and publish job postings tailored to the specifics of each market


• Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team, both in Poland and at headquarters


• Build and maintain relationships with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process


• Report on recruitment status and maintain up-to-date process documentation


• Support employer branding projects across European markets

Our Requirements:

• Proven experience independently running end-to-end recruitment processes – mandatory


• Very good command of English (daily communication with international candidates and a multinational team)


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously


• Highly developed communication skills and ease in building relationships


• Willingness to work on-site at the office in Kopana near Tarczyn


• Knowledge of additional languages (Polish, Chinese, Ukrainian) will be an asset
