Job summary

Merck Life Science in Wroclaw is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to own the order cycle, from entry to shipment, handling inquiries via phone, email, and web channels. You will collaborate with the Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams to ensure seamless interactions and timely problem resolution.

The role requires English and Italian, plus 2–3 years in a fast-paced customer service environment. Onboarding occurs in the local office (8:00 am–5:30 pm CET), followed by a hybrid work

Qualifications

Minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Experience with SAP, Oracle or Salesforce is a plus.
Fluency in English and Italian; other European languages encouraged.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for customers via telephone, email and web channels.
Take charge of the entire order cycle from entry to monitoring shipments.
Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams to ensure seamless interactions.
Resolve issues and service complaints with proactive problem solving.
