CHEP Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a Customer Service Executive (Hungarian & English speaking) in Warsaw. You will manage customer inquiries, onboard accounts, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You’ll use digital tools, support onboarding, maintain data integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery within a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Administration, or Operational Support.
• Experience working within defined processes and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, requests, and issues across multiple channels.
• Onboard customers and maintain accurate account data in systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance to ensure seamless customer experience.
