CHEP UK Ltd. is hiring a Customer Service Executive who speaks Hungarian and English to join our European Customer Service team in Warsaw. You will manage inquiries, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will engage across Sales, Finance, and Operations, maintaining data accuracy and driving customer satisfaction. This hybrid role offers exposure to a multi-country environment and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Administration, or Operational Support.
• Experience working within defined processes and service standards.
• Confidence using business systems, digital tools, and technology platforms.

Responsabilités

• Professionally manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and effective communication while adhering to SLAs.
• Facilitate onboarding processes, setup of customer accounts, and system training to support customer success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from order processing to issue resolution.
