Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Operational Support.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and effective communication while adhering to SLAs.
• Facilitate smooth customer onboarding processes, ensuring accurate setup of customer accounts and delivering system training where needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless customer experience from order processing to resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer and transactional data in relevant systems to support performance tracking and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas to optimize processes and increase service levels.
• Play a key role in customer retention by addressing issues and monitoring satisfaction metrics.
• Act as a customer advocate within the organization to address needs and concerns.
