Job summary

The role coordinates shipment and collection of loan devices, prepares repair quotations, gathers approvals, and supports the after-sales process from order through returns, requiring English, Polish and Romanian language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer service within medical devices or healthcare.
• Knowledge of CRM software and order management systems.
• Fluent in English and Polish; Romanian is a plus; Czech is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer inquiries via email, phone or internal departments and enter them into the CRM.
• Coordinate shipment and collection of after-sales loan devices to support repair time.
• Create repair quotations and gather required approvals.
• Manage orders, tracking, and product returns or replacements.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history.
