You will build product knowledge, work with cross-functional teams, and respond promptly via email and phone while maintaining professional customer interactions. The role requires fluent Polish and English, strong communication, proactive initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Polish and English fluency (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer service or support environments is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced settings and handle inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers: support Asia time zones with flexible shift options (6 am–3 pm or 7 am–4 pm).
• Process inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, and warranties promptly and accurately.
• Resolve day-to-day customer issues via email, phone, and CRM tools.
• Develop knowledge of Corning products and processes to answer inquiries effectively.
• Report product failures to engineering/product teams via SAP.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong relationships with customers and manage assigned accounts as needed.
• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Attend product training to stay current with industry trends.
