Job summary

Worldline is seeking a Client Project Manager to drive end-to-end client integration projects for e-commerce merchants. You will coordinate a dedicated team across Credit & Risk, Technical Integration, Legal, Pricing and Compliance, ensuring swift onboarding and high client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end multi-solution project delivery for e-commerce client integrations.
• Coordinate deliveries of cross-functional teams (Credit & Risk, Technical Integration, Legal, Pricing, Compliance).
• Serve as primary client and commercial team contact post-deal confirmation.
• Guide clients through KYC documentation and onboarding, ensuring minimal onboarding duration.
