Qualifications

• Опыт управления многопроектной доставкой.
• Умение формировать команды и координировать работу между клиентами, продажами и подрядчиками.
• Опыт сбора требований и управления интеграциями.
• Свободное владение английским языком, письменное и устное.

Responsibilities

• Управлять и владеть поставкой многопроектного решения от начала до внедрения
• Устранять блокеры, мешающие реализации по соглашениям с клиентами
• Управлять несколькими проектами и допродажами
• Определять объем интеграции исходя из требований клиента
• Формировать проектные команды для onboarding клиентов и координировать работу
• Инициировать и вести отчеты о прогрессе с клиентами, отделами продаж и стейкхолдерами
• Помогать клиентам собрать необходимые KYC-документы
• Поддерживать ожидания клиента на протяжении onboarding
• Управлять end-to-end onboarding поставщиков для мерчантов
• Сообщать статус проекта клиентам и другим участникам
• Определять и обеспечивать сроки интеграции для каждого клиента
• Строить крепкие внутренние и внешние отношения
• Прокачивать процессы и адаптироваться к изменений в индустрии и технологии

Задачи

• Manage and own end-to-end multi-solution project delivery
• Remove blockers that may prevent delivery according to customer agreements
• Manage multiple projects and upsells from deal confirmation to transaction processing
• Define integration scope based on client requirements and business models
• Form project teams for client onboarding and coordinate team deliveries
• Initiate and lead progress reporting sessions with clients, sales, and internal stakeholders
• Support clients in compiling required KYC documentation
• Manage client expectations throughout the onboarding process
• Manage end-to-end supplier boarding for merchants
• Communicate and report project status to clients and other stakeholders
• Define and safeguard integration timelines for each client
• Build and manage strong internal and external relationships
• Challenge the status quo and drive improvements in client onboarding
• Keep up with evolving payment products, compliance requirements, technology, and industry trends.
