Job summary

Globus Medical in Warsaw is seeking a customer service specialist to act as the focal point between customers, sales teams, the distribution network and carriers, handling pre- and post-sales service tasks.

You will process orders, respond to inquiries, manage returns and service requests, and keep systems updated with status and scheduling information. Strong English and Polish skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel and MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all sales orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Liaises with sales teams and updates customers on order status within SLA.
• Coordinates with carriers for collection and delivery bookings.
• Supports product availability and stakeholder needs.
