Job summary

UPM is seeking a Manager, Master Data, Business Relations Management to lead the Business Partner Master Data team in Wroclaw. You will drive stakeholder engagement, governance, and continuous improvement across Master Data domains, collaborating with IT, HR, and business functions to deliver excellent service.

You will report to the Master Data Management Tower Lead and play a key role in shaping vendor data governance and data quality initiatives while growing your team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 7+ years in Master Data Management, Service Management, or Shared Services.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience with people leadership and team development.
• Knowledge of Vendor Master Data and supplier lifecycle management.
• Leadership in a global, matrix organization.
• Fluent in English; other languages are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Partner Master Data domain and ensure end-to-end service excellence.
• Own and develop the Business Relations Management framework with stakeholders across Master Data domains.
• Maintain and develop stakeholder management framework, including mapping and engagement plans.
• Manage stakeholder communication tools and channels, including distribution lists and analytics.
• Lead the Vendor Master Data Governance Working Group and governance activities.
• Act as line manager for the Business Partner Master Data team, including coaching and recruitment.
• Provide functional leadership to the Vendor Master Data team through Team Leader leadership.
• Ensure adequate service capacity, governance practices, and data standards.
