Job summary

Swift Recruitment is assisting a large international organization in Wrocław to hire an experienced Master Data Governance Manager who will lead the Business Partner Master Data domain and drive data governance across global SAP environments.

You will develop vendor master data strategies, manage a team, partner with Procurement, Finance and IT, and champion continuous improvement in data quality and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management or Data Governance.
• Experience in a people management role with direct team development responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Vendor Master Data and Business Partner Master Data.
• Experience in a global, matrix organization, preferably within shared services.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Governance, data quality, and service delivery.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar.
• Good understanding of SAP environments (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business Partner Master Data domain across global units and functions.
• Drive continuous improvement of Master Data Governance standards, processes, and service delivery.
• Lead initiatives related to Vendor Master Data and supplier lifecycle management.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, IT, HR, and business units.
• Own stakeholder management frameworks, communications channels, and engagement models.
• Lead governance forums and working groups on Vendor and Business Partner Master Data.
• Act as line manager for the Business Partner Master Data team, including coaching and succession planning.
• Provide functional leadership to operational Master Data teams.
