Job summary

UPM in Wroclaw is seeking a Manager, Master Data & Digitalization to lead the Master Data Management (MDM) function and drive digitalization across the global organization. You will manage a team of Solution Owners and Analytics professionals, shaping scalable data management services and partnering with business and IT stakeholders.

You bring a Master’s degree and 7+ years in MDM, data governance or related fields, plus at least 3 years of people leadership in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Digitalization or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial/people leadership experience in an international setting.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and data management tooling.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the MDM solution landscape and lifecycle delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of MDM services.
• Design and implement solution enhancements with IT and business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into solution requirements and manage delivery.
• Lead development of new digital capabilities and analytics solutions.
• Lead a team of Solution Owners and Analytics professionals.
