Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a highly skilled M365 Workplace Manager to shape the digital workplace strategy across Europe and global locations. You will oversee SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and device management for laptops, mobiles, and virtual desktops, driving reliability and user adoption.

You will lead diverse teams, align projects with business objectives, and manage budgets while delivering secure, scalable Microsoft 365 services.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT service management experience in digital workplace technologies.
Proven experience in Microsoft Endpoint Management (InTune, SCCM).
Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
In-depth knowledge of endpoint management and collaboration platforms within the Microsoft 365 environment.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and day-to-day management of digital workplace services.
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital workplace strategy including device management and asset oversight.
Ensure secure and reliable operation of devices (laptops, mobiles, virtual desktops) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Oversee IT asset management including key applications like Adobe and Microsoft products.
Collaborate with global IT teams to align projects with business objectives and standards.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance user experience and service reliability.
