Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Microsoft 365 Architect to design and deploy modern IT strategies for enterprise clients across the EMEA region. You will lead full lifecycle implementations from discovery to deployment, ensuring the technical deliverables align with client business goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years in technical consulting with a proven Microsoft stack track record.
Design and refine digital workplace solutions using SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot Studio.
Collaborate with EY teams to guide clients through large-scale digital transformations.
Translate client strategy into scalable, AI-enabled architectures.
Oversee blueprints, design reviews, and multi-workstream coordination.
Guide project governance, requirements, risk assessment, and testing.

Responsibilities

Design, customize, and optimize digital workplace solutions across Microsoft 365.
Partner with EY teams to drive digital workplace transformations.
Apply AI-first frameworks to translate client strategy into scalable architectures.
Govern and coordinate across workstreams to deliver integrated systems.
Mentor team members and contribute to IP, methodologies, and tooling.
