Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft 365 collaboration (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Practical experience in user adoption, enablement, or change management within an IT or digital workplace context.
• Very good understanding of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and generative AI in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive user adoption and enablement of Microsoft 365 services.
• Design and implement change concepts for Microsoft 365 services.
• Plan and deliver enablement formats such as workshops and trainings.
