Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect to design and deploy modern IT strategies across the EMEA region. You will lead full lifecycle implementations of M365 including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Agent 365.

Join a global delivery network and help transform digital workplaces for large enterprise clients while mentoring teams and developing IP and methodologies. Travel across client engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in technical consulting with Microsoft stack experience.
• Experience designing and deploying digital workplace solutions across Microsoft 365.
• Ability to translate client strategy into scalable architectures with AI at the core.
• Experience guiding multi-workstream design reviews and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and optimize Microsoft 365 digital workplace solutions.
• Lead large-scale digital workplace transformations with EY teams.
• Apply AI-first approaches to develop future-ready architectures.
• Oversee blueprints, design reviews, and cross-workstream coordination.
• Guide projects through governance, testing, and training phases.
