• Act as a subject matter expert for digital workplace technologies, providing guidance and support to users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure integration of digital tools to enhance productivity with other IT areas.
• Manage and optimize M365 environments for security, scalability, and reliability.
• Identify and address potential issues, implementing preventative measures.

Education

Certified M365 with hands-on experience managing M365 environments
