Job summary

Outokumpu Oyj in Katowice is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to own and continuously improve our collaboration services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. You will ensure reliability, security, and compliance across the environment.

In this role you will provide 2nd and 3rd line support, lead root cause analysis for complex issues, develop automation with PowerShell and Azure DevOps, and collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, OT, and

Qualifications

Experience administering Microsoft 365 services in enterprise environments.
Ability to perform root cause analysis for complex collaboration issues.
Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell.
Experience in on-call rotation and incident response.

Responsibilities

Own and improve Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Provide 2nd and 3rd line support and participate in on-call rotation.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues.
Automate administration and reporting with PowerShell and Azure DevOps pipelines.
Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, OT, and external vendors to deliver secure services.
Create and maintain documentation and technical standards.
Mentor colleagues and share expertise.
