Qualifications

• Certified M365 administrator with hands-on experience.
• 8+ years of system administration on email and cloud services.
• Fluent English spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and support of Digital Workplace solutions using M365 and other modern technologies.
• Act as SME for digital workplace technologies, providing guidance and support to users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of digital tools to enhance productivity and collaboration across IT areas.
• Manage and optimize M365 environments, ensuring security, scalability and reliability.
• Proactively identify issues and implement preventative measures to maintain system integrity.
• Leverage AI to enhance digital workplace solutions and user experience.
• Use AI to analyze data and provide insights for improving workplace performance.
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities in collaboration tools to boost communication and productivity.
• 3rd level incident escalation and request management.
• Document solutions and processes; create clear documentation for future use.
• Mentor junior team members and foster continuous learning.
