Job summary

Stemmann Polska, part of Wabtec Corporation, is seeking a Supply Chain professional to join the logistics team and optimize internal processes across warehouse and transportation operations.

You will lead Lean initiatives, standardize processes, and ensure robust WMS/ERP functionality while collaborating with Production, Procurement, and Quality to drive inventory accuracy and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation documentation and best practices.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with carriers and logistics providers.
• Experience leading or mentoring logistics and warehouse teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in Polish and English; Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and optimize internal logistics processes to reduce costs.
• Lead logistics process improvement, Lean, digitalization, and system implementation projects.
• Maintain and improve WMS structures and functionality.
• Provide expert support for inventory management and stock reclassification.
• Monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the logistics organization.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and other stakeholders.
• Support transportation planning and logistics execution in compliance with standards.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives and contribute to business objectives.
• Coach and support logistics teams to maintain high service levels.
