AUTODOC is hiring a Process Engineer – Logistics & Automation to design, optimize, and implement advanced intralogistics solutions across our warehouse network. You will turn strategic concepts into measurable improvements on the floor, partnering with Operations, IT, and Purchasing.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in logistics/industrial/mechanical engineering or related technical field.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in logistics, industrial, or systems engineering.
• Experience with warehouse or intralogistics projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize logistics processes across warehouse and distribution network.
• Prepare layouts, material-flow logic, and capacity models for projects and daily ops.
• Collaborate with Operations to review workflows and integrate new processes.
• Propose rollout of WMS, automation technologies, and equipment.
• Participate in supplier evaluations and procure infrastructure and automation solutions.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation for scalability.
• Conduct capacity, throughput, and space-utilization analyses and translate data into insights.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align logistics solutions with goals.
