Job summary

AUTODOC Group is seeking a Process Engineer to design and optimize warehouse logistics across its European network. You will transform defined tasks from Operations, Supply Chain Excellence, and Capacity Planning into measurable, on-floor improvements with a focus on intralogistics, automation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics, industrial, or systems engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Polish is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing logistics processes across the warehouse and distribution network for bottlenecks and improvements.
• Prepare process assumptions, layouts, material-flow logic, and capacity models for new projects and operations.
• Collaborate with Operations to review workflows and ensure smooth integration of new processes.
• Propose and roll out Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), automation technologies, and advanced equipment.
• Participate in supplier evaluations and help select technical infrastructure and automation solutions.
