Job summary

Wabtec’s Stemmann Polska plant in Wrocław area is seeking a driven Supply Chain professional to optimize internal logistics, lead Lean and system projects, and ensure smooth WMS functionality. You will collaborate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Warehousing to drive cost efficiency and data-driven improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing logistics, strong documentation knowledge, WMS/ERP experience, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with international transportation, customs clearance, and route planning.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation documentation, processes and best practices.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with carriers and logistics service providers.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting logistics and warehouse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent in both Polish and English.

Our plant, Stemmann Polska, located in Kąty Wrocławskie, has been part of Wabtec Corporation since 2014.

Who will you be working with?

You will be part of the Supply Chain organization and will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse Operations to drive logistics excellence, improve operational performance, and support strategic supply chain initiatives.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for optimizing internal logistics processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and transportation operations. You will lead process implementation, Lean, and system-related projects, while ensuring effective warehouse management system (WMS) functionality and process standardization. This role plays a key part in supporting inventory accuracy, cost optimization, and operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and proactive process development. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions that enhance supply chain performance.

What do we want to know about you?

• Master's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
