You will work closely with procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, transport companies, and customs agencies to optimize planning parameters and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in material planning and logistics or procurement.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills under tight deadlines.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage material demand and ensure material availability.
• Maintain and optimize planning parameters and inventory controls.
• Analyze stock levels and perform regular inventory reviews.
• Define and manage logistics specifications with vendors.
• Create and manage purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Support forecasting activities and coordinate needs expressions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, transport companies, and customs agencies.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Prepare regular reports and update logistics KPIs.
