You will optimize planning parameters, analyze stock, create and manage purchase orders and scheduling agreements, and support forecasting while driving continuous improvement. Fluent English and a degree in Economics, Logistics, or a technical field are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in material planning, logistics, or procurement, with strong end-to-end materials flow knowledge.
• Higher education degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a Technical field.
• Strong analytical abilities with effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills under pressure.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Managing material demand and ensuring material availability, including follow-up on missing or delayed parts.
• Maintaining and optimizing planning parameters such as MRP controllers, logistics and purchasing flows, planning strategies, ABCD classification, inventory counting parameters, and valuation types.
• Analyzing stock levels and performing regular inventory reviews to ensure optimal inventory performance.
• Defining, implementing, and managing logistics specifications in collaboration with vendors.
• Creating and managing purchase orders, scheduling agreements with delivery schedules, repair orders, and related amendments.
• Supporting forecasting activities and coordinating needs expressions and delivery follow-up.
• Collaborating with suppliers, subcontractors, transport companies, and customs agencies to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing customs clearance activities when required, including Intrastat data reporting.
• Preparing regular reports and updating logistics KPIs to support performance tracking and continuous improvement
