Job summary

Electrolux Group in Wroclaw, Poland invites a Material Planning Specialist to ensure uninterrupted component availability for production while optimizing inventory levels. You will maintain strong supplier relationships and apply best practices in supply chain management to meet business goals.

You will support production planning with accurate material data, manage purchase orders, and drive improvements to reduce lead times and costs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SCM, Logistics, Economics or related field
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, especially material planning
• ERP systems experience; SAP preferred, MS Office
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and balance costs with production needs.
• Support production planning with material availability and supplier capacity data.
• Manage POs for production materials ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate supply activities to ensure correct quantities and delivery timing.
• Drive process improvements across supply and inventory management.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on inventory, costs, and risks.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Procurement, and Controlling teams.
• Prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Resolve material shortages and delivery disruptions to minimize impact on operations.
