Job summary

Alstom in Poland seeks an Internal Transport Shift Manager to ensure smooth material flow across production lines. You will organize line feeding, coordinate transport between operations, and prepare goods for shipment while managing returns and archiving related documents.

You will also supervise container returns and asset management, working under time pressure with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, in a hybrid work setting with English and Polish fluency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistic processes and Lean Management.
• Understanding of internal transport management.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage line feeding activities.
• Coordinate transportation processes between production operations.
• Prepare goods for shipment and manage returns.
• Archive transportation documents properly.
• Supervise return of empty containers from assembly line to Logistics Platform.
• Manage and supervise entrusted assets.
