ALSTOM Gruppe in Warszawa is seeking a logistics and supply chain professional to manage material demand, ensure availability, and coordinate with procurement, suppliers, transport companies, and customs agencies.
You will optimize planning parameters, analyze stock, create and manage purchase orders and scheduling agreements, and support forecasting while driving continuous improvement. Fluent English and a degree in Economics, Logistics, or a technical field are preferred.

You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless material planning and availability, directly contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, transport companies, and customs agencies), manage planning parameters and stock levels, and much more.
Managing material demand and ensuring material availability, including follow-up on missing or delayed parts
Maintaining and optimizing planning parameters such as MRP controllers, logistics and purchasing flows, planning strategies, ABCD classification, inventory counting parameters, batch sizes, and valuation types
Analyzing stock levels and performing regular inventory reviews to ensure optimal inventory performance
Defining, implementing, and managing logistics specifications in collaboration with vendors
Creating and managing purchase orders, scheduling agreements with delivery schedules, repair orders, and related amendments
Supporting forecasting activities and coordinating needs expressions and delivery follow-upCollaborating with suppliers, subcontractors, transport companies, and customs agencies to ensure smooth logistics operations
Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Managing customs clearance activities when required, including Intrastat data reporting
Preparing regular reports and updating logistics KPIs to support performance tracking and continuous improvement
