Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Manager, Planning Systems & Processes to lead end-to-end supply planning and governance across global sites. You will partner with S&OP and Manufacturing planning to optimize performance, drive system enhancements, and deliver value through advanced planning capabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, budgeting for APS initiatives, and mentoring planning analysts. Warsaw, Poland, is the located site, with a hybrid work model and a strong focus on driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in business, supply chain, IT, or engineering.
• Broad understanding of supply chain, forecasting, and planning in medical devices or related industries.
• Experience with advanced planning systems (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP).
• Experience with manufacturing plants and global divisions preferred.
• Intercultural experience in a complex, dynamic business environment.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global S&OP and Manufacturing planning to optimize end-to-end supply planning execution.
• Lead governance, system configuration, and business requirement alignment for planning.
• Collaborate with IT/COE to evaluate upgrades and impact; act as SME for planning systems.
• Develop business cases and budgets for APS initiatives; train network planners.
