Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering and/or Logistics.
• Experience implementing optimization projects in large manufacturing organizations.
• Knowledge of logistics business processes.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Proficiency in SAP MM/WM.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent English communication.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage standard packaging solutions, including purchase, design, prototyping, and validation.
• Monitor budget implementation for packaging solutions.
• Develop and implement packaging to protect parts during logistics operations.
• Calculate ROI for standard packaging design and reduce transport costs.
• Create business cases to justify investments in returnable packaging and other solutions.
• Define warehouse layouts and optimize internal and external flows.
• Collaborate with Regional Logistics Engineering to identify improvements across the supply chain.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize SAP MM/WM to manage logistics processes effectively.
• Leverage AutoCAD and MS Office to support planning and design.
