Job summary

Antal Poland is recruiting an MRP Planner to join the Supply Chain team in Kraków. You will plan material requirements, monitor availability, and coordinate with Production, Procurement and Logistics to ensure smooth manufacturing flow.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing planning, strong data-analysis skills, ERP experience (SAP a plus), and good English communication in an international environment. You will identify risks early and drive improvements to planning processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding the relationship between material requirements, production planning, procurement and inventory levels.
• Practical ERP experience; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Comfort with large volumes of data and deriving actionable insights.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing production requirements.
• Experience in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
• Self-motivated, well-organized and consistent in approach.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across functions.
• Good English communication for an international environment (B2).

Responsibilities

• Preparing and updating material requirements based on production needs.
• Monitoring component availability and addressing shortages or excess inventory.
• Analyzing MRP data and translating insights into actions.
• Cooperating with Procurement on delivery schedules and changes.
• Working with Production, Warehouse and Customer Service in planning processes.
• Monitoring changes in material requirements and potential impact on availability.
• Tracking execution of planning assumptions and investigating discrepancies.
• Participating in day-to-day production planning and long-term planning meetings.
• Preparing reports, analyses and data summaries for the team and management.
• Identifying opportunities to improve MRP processes and data management.
• Supporting projects to optimize Supply Chain processes and planning tools.
