Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an experienced Material Planner to own end-to-end planning, align supply and production, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure material availability and service levels. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, advanced analytics, and cross-functional cooperation.

You will optimize MRP parameters and drive continuous improvement across planning and inbound flow, with a focus on cost efficiency and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Readiness to work in late shifts (8 hours between 8AM-4PM and 4PM-12AM; 2/3 times per week).
• At least 6 years of experience in supply chain planning, with strong expertise in material planning or supply planning in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1).
• Deep understanding of MRP processes, material flow, supplier scheduling, and inventory management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end material planning activities, aligning supply plans, production requirements, and supplier capabilities.
• Translate strategic supply plans into executable material schedules, optimise supplier capacity and lead times.
• Own MRP processes, ensuring master data accuracy and alignment with global standards.
• Drive supplier collaboration and performance management, including confirmations and deliveries adherence.
• Identify and mitigate material supply risks using analytics, scenario modelling, and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead exception management to resolve shortages, late deliveries, and inventory imbalances while optimising cost and service.
