Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management/leadership experience in logistics or a fast-paced operations environment.
• Strong project management, public speaking, and data-driven HR metrics.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Experience designing or leading talent development and succession planning.
• Fluent English (B1/B2) with Polish language lessons required for local comms.
• Willingness to work on-site at Gliwice or Łódź with up to 1 remote day per week.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to warehouse and logistics directors, translating business needs into HR/talent strategies.
• Design, implement, and standardise talent management across country logistics, owning succession, leadership development, and recruitment strategy.
• Coach warehouse directors and support performance management, career paths, and internal mobility.
• Promote Decathlon's culture and values, fostering an inclusive, safe work environment.
• Facilitate change initiatives and monitor HR metrics to optimise processes.
