Job summary

Zalando is seeking an HR Business Partner to support around 50 staff up to Head of level in Logistics Operations at the Głuchów site near Łódź. You will advise management on staff matters, coordinate with external providers and with our central HR team in Berlin.

Key tasks include payroll administration, HR data management, driving people KPIs, shaping recruitment and onboarding with Talent Acquisition, and offering expert guidance on performance, compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in HR business partnering or 6+ years in HR generalist roles.

Responsibilities

• Be trusted adviser for management on staff topics, coordinate with external providers and Berlin central HR.
• Payroll administration and verification with external providers; HR files and HR system management.
