Job summary

Decathlon is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to warehouse and logistics leaders, co-creating and executing our human strategy across our logistics network.

You will blend strategic vision with hands-on impact, coaching site leaders, shaping culture, and owning the logistics talent strategy to build high-performing teams.

This role requires 2–3 years in management/HRBP, strong data-driven HR skills, and on-site presence in Gliwice or Łódź with occasional remote days.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of management/leadership experience, ideally in HRBP in logistics, supply chain, or fast-paced operations.
  • Strong project management, public speaking, and a data-driven approach to HR metrics.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Track record in designing or leading talent development, succession planning, change management, and conflict resolution.
  • English language skills at least B1/B2; Polish language lessons will be mandatory for local communication.

  • Change Management & Transformation: facilitate change initiatives and monitor HR metrics to optimise HR processes.

You will combine strategic vision with hands-on impact: empowering local leadership teams, promoting our culture, and owning the Logistic Strategy to build high-performing, sustainable teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to warehouse and logistics directors. Translate business needs into actionable HR and talent strategies aligned with our global and country logistics goals.
  • Logistic Strategy Sponsorship: Design, implement, and standardise our talent management strategy across the country logistics ecosystem. Own key talent initiatives, succession planning, leadership development, and recruitment strategy to secure critical capabilities.
  • Leadership & Organization Development: Coach warehouse directors, promote autonomy and responsibility, and support them in performance management, career paths, and internal mobility.
  • Culture, Inclusion & Environment: Embody and promote Decathlon's Purpose, Values, and Human Fundamentals. Foster a healthy, transparent, inclusive, and safe work environment.
  • Change Management & Transformation: Facilitate change initiatives, support organizational transformations, and monitor key HR metrics to continuously optimize HR processes.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Management Experience: 2-3 years of experience in management/leadership roles, ideally within an HR Business Partner function in logistics, supply chain, or a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Core Competencies: Strong project management background, proven public speaking and presentation skills, and a data-driven, analytical approach to HR metrics.
  • Technical Skills: Good proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
  • Talent & Leadership Expertise: Proven track record in designing or leading talent development processes, succession planning, change management, and conflict resolution.
  • Language Skills (Fluent English-B1/B2 level minimum, Note for non-Polish speakers: Participation in Polish language lessons will be mandatory to support effective local communication.
  • On-site Presence: Willingness to work on-site from our logistics facilities in Gliwice or Łódź (with up to 1 remote day per week).

Recruitment Process:

Our selection process consists of 4 main steps:

Initial Screening Call: A brief introductory telephone conversation with our recruiter.

Online Interview: A video meeting with the Recruiter and the HR BP Manager.

On-site Assessment Meeting: An in-person meeting featuring a recruitment assignment presentation in English and an individual role-play exercise.

Date and location of the recruitment process: Warehouse in Łódź, 16.10.2026

Final Online Interview: An online discussion in English with global HR BP representatives.
