Job summary

Zalando GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for our in-house logistics and operations team in Poland. You will advise leaders, co-create people solutions, and drive engagement across a diverse, international business.

Partner closely with Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Legal to ensure compliant HR processes, data-driven decision making and people development. A strong knowledge of Polish employment law and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience in HR business partnering or 6+ years in HR generalist role
• Solid knowledge of Polish employment law and social security systems
• Experience in running and processing payroll information with external providers
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision in dynamic environments
• Proven consulting skills with influence across teams
• Strong HR business acumen, problem solving and analytical thinking
• Excellent Polish and English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted adviser for management on staff and HR topics
• Payroll administration and verification with external providers
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on roles, postings and onboarding
• Provide expertise on performance management, compensation and benefits, career development
• Consult, inspire and enable business leaders on diverse people topics
• Support ad hoc HR projects and coordination with internal/external partners
