Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to a global business unit within GBS. You will work with leadership to align people strategies with business goals and be the SPOC for managers on HR matters across international locations.

In this role you will drive HR processes, reports, employee relations, and disciplinary actions, while promoting an inclusive culture and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in SSC/corporate environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, labor law and employee relations.
• Data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Very good English language skills.
• Business acumen.
• Relevant educational background.

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a partner to the business, supporting one of the Business Units within Global Business Services (GBS). In this role, you will work closely with leadership teams, providing expert guidance and support across the full People & Organization (P&O) agenda.

You will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for managers and leaders on all HR-related matters, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR strategies. The role requires building strong relationships with stakeholders located across various international locations.
