Job summary

ALSTOM Gruppe in Poland seeks a full‑time Project Industrial Manager in Nadarzyn to lead the industrial transfer of projects from early design to serial production. You will work with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing to align product and industrial solutions and ensure readiness for production milestones.

You will set up industrial strategies, organize training, and drive continuous improvements to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets while collaborating across functions

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of quality standards, EHS, and ergonomics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Experience with industrial methodologies such as FMEA and QRQC.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Set up the industrial organization for projects, including team structures and tools.
• Define industrial strategies, including make-or-buy decisions and project industrial organization.
• Coordinate design-for-manufacturing activities with engineering teams.
• Ensure industrial readiness by monitoring progress, documentation, and equipment availability.
• Organize and deliver training and qualifications for production teams.
• Lead performance improvement actions to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets.
• Manage industrialization and planning of product changes during serial production.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful industrial transfer of our projects, from early design phases to serial production. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing), lead cross-functional workshops to align product and industrial solutions, and ensure readiness for production milestones.

You’ll specifically take care of setting up industrial strategies and managing the industrialization process, but also driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

We’ll look to you for:
