Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to guide a team of three ServiceNow analysts and work closely with the Platform Owner and Architect to shape a large platform in a financial setting.

You will organize discovery sessions, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and maintain backlog clarity to drive platform delivery across modules. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in IT with team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ITSM/CSM and/or Risk/Privacy.
• Proven ability to lead analysts and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience running workshops and capturing business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into development-ready requirements.
• Fluent Polish and English (C1).
• Willingness to work from the office in Warsaw at least once a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of three ServiceNow business analysts.
• Collaborate with Platform Owner and Architect to design the platform.
• Organize discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Oversee business and functional requirements and translate into processes and user stories.
• Refine the backlog, prioritize scope, and clarify requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and promote an out-of-the-box-first approach.
• Ensure process consistency across platform modules.
• Support the next stages of platform development.
