Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive a large platform connecting multiple processes in a financial organization. You will lead three ServiceNow business analysts and collaborate directly with the Platform Owner and Architect.

You will organize discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders, translate business requirements into processes and user stories, refine the backlog, and promote an OOTB-first approach while ensuring consistency across platform modules.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including team management.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform; ITSM/CSM and/or Risk/Privacy experience.
• Ability to lead a team of business analysts and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience in workshops and analyzing business requirements.
• Translate business needs into requirements for the development team.
• Polish and English at C1 level.
• Willingness to work from the office in Warsaw at least once a week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the work of a team of three ServiceNow business analysts.
• Collaborate with the Platform Owner and Architect to design the platform.
• Organize discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders.
• Oversee business and functional requirements and translate them into processes and user stories.
• Refine the backlog, prioritizing and clarifying the scope of requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and promote an OOTB-first approach.
• Ensure process consistency across platform modules.
• Support the next stages of platform development.
