Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive a major platform project in a financial organization. You will lead a trio of ServiceNow business analysts and work closely with the Platform Owner and Architect to shape the platform and align it with business goals.

Expect regular collaboration with stakeholders, discovery sessions, and an emphasis on an OOTB-first approach. You will guide requirements, refine the backlog, and ensure consistency across modules while supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in IT with team management experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITSM/CSM experience.
• Ability to lead analysts and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience in workshops and translating requirements into user stories.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate a team of three ServiceNow business analysts.
