Job summary

EPAM Systems, a global leader in AI transformation engineering and digital platform modernization, seeks a Senior Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow experience in Poland. You will lead business analysis for ServiceNow implementations, working with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow knowledge.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow processes, modules and integrations (public sector experience a plus).
Strong ability to analyze and design business processes and translate them into requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis for ServiceNow projects, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or other modules.
Gather and document business requirements with clients, PMs, and developers.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
Develop user stories, process flows and use cases to support solution design and development.
Oversee configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet objectives.
Support testing, training and change management activities.
